Redpath Waterfront Festival
Saturday, June 29 - Monday, July 1Free: General Admission
Visit the ships – the schooner, the better! Every three years, the Redpath Waterfront Festival, presented by Billy Bishop Airport, welcomes a fleet of majestic tall ships to Toronto’s waterfront. During Canada Day weekend, from June 29 – July 1, these ships will be docked from Bathurst to Bay and will be open for deck tours. The festival is also excited to welcome the Canadian Coast Guard for the first time.
Tour the legendary Bluenose II, the ship on our dime, and discover Picton Castle, a deep sea ship known for her sail-training adventures around the world. The Royal Canadian Navy is returning and the Canadian Coast Guard will cruise into the festival for the first time with a giant icebreaking vessel.
There will also be buckets of nautical fun to be had ashore with a Maritime Market, sail-training activities and live entertainment.
