Victoria Day at Fort York
Join a guided tour, take part in soldier’s drills or watch historic cooking demonstrations in one of the oldest kitchens in Toronto. Visitors can also stop by the Fort York Visitor Centre and explore immersive and interactive exhibits on the history of Toronto and the Fort. Tours every hour on the hour, drill classes at 11:00 am, 1:00 & 3:00 pm, ongoing historic cooking demonstrations. Fort York is one of 10 Toronto History Museums which explore where Toronto’s many pasts, presents and futures meet. The museum, a 43-acre national historic site located in the heart of downtown Toronto, is a registered archaeological site, and home to Canada’s largest collection of original War of 1812 buildings.
