New Features This Year Include:

The Laneway Block Party, presented by Toronto Life, is the National Home Show’s newest hot spot to grab a drink, shoot hoops with friends on the RE/MAX basketball court and tour trendy laneway houses. Walk inside six different model suites, presented by Resimate, showcasing small space solutions, multi-purpose functionality, design trends, sustainable materials and smart home technology. Also on the show floor, an alleyway is re-imagined as an urban park, designed by EZ Blocks, offers drink sampling, shopping, live music and mural artists at work. Plus, don’t miss a day of ground-breaking education with the industry’s best laneway experts at The Enbridge Main Stage on Thursday, March 13.

Step into the Big Ass Plans Immersive Experience, where cutting-edge innovation transforms blueprint drawings into an immersive digitally projected space in real 1:1 scale. This exciting new experience allows homeowners to walk through every inch of their design plans as if they are standing in the actual floorspace, seeing the size of fixtures and the placements of cabinets, all through digital projection mapping technology.

Also part of the Laneway Block Party, visitors will find the Humber Polytechnic Demo Kitchen, where emerging culinary talent, from Culinary Arts students at Humber Polytechnic, will serve up easy recipes, kitchen hacks and daily demos to inspire your next meal. Around the corner from the party, the Food & Decor Street features the freshest finds in a new shopping zone dedicated to tasty treats, hand-crafted wares, bespoke home décor and unique pieces for entertaining.

Returing Features Include:

Tour the Bonneville Feature Home, a brand-new three-bedroom, three-bathroom model for 2025, inspired by the modern farmhouse. Styled by Aspire Design Group, with exterior landscaping by Curb Appeal, the feature home packs plenty of design inspiration.
