Kids will love this thick, refreshing treat! The perfect healthy ‘snack’ or quickie breakfast, packed with goodness from blueberries, peaches and bananas.
Blueberries are high in antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, they also provide a good helping of potassium and vitamin C. Peaches provide Vitamin A as well as Vitamin K, and Bananas are a great source of potassium, magnesium and pectin (fibre), fueling kids (or parents) through their busy day.
With only 4 simple ingredients, you’ll have no problem finding any time of the year, either fresh or frozen. I recommend blending in a high power blender but good results can be achieved with standard blenders and bullet blenders as well.
