This March Break, introduce your little ones to the world of theatre at Toronto’s Young People’s Theatre – where storytelling comes alive! On stage from March 4-17 is Through My Eyes – a topsy-turvy wonderland that springs to life through dance, bouncy energy, kaleidoscopic colours and sensory surprises! Recommended for ages 4-7, this stimulating dance piece from Quebec’s Bouge de là invites audiences to see the world afresh through the eyes of an exploring child. As astonishing as a sunrise and as contagiously fun as the giggles!

4. Visit a Sugar Bush
Spring is just around the corner and with it a very sweet time of year has arrived in Ontario – the sap is running, and that can only mean one thing – Maple Syrup!
Enjoy a pancake breakfast, a walk in the woods to learn how many buckets of sap make a litre of syrup, and hop on a wagon ride! 5. March Break Shows
March Break brings families special shows and musicals just for young audiences! Make it a family tradition to attend a show each year, it’s such a treat for both kids and adults, promising the best in quality family time! 6. March Break Camps & Programs
We realize we can’t always spend every day with our kids during the school break. You may only have a few days booked off, or maybe you only have weekends and evening available for family time. 7. Jurassic World: The Exhibition

Jurassic World: The Exhibition at Square One Mississauga is a 20,000 square-foot experience based on one of history’s largest blockbusters, and features scenes inspired by the beloved films. Visitors walk through the world-famous Jurassic World gates, encounter life-sized dinosaurs, and explore the richly themed environments. With 16 life-sized dinosaurs, guests can have an up-close look at Blue the Velociraptor, stand in awe under a towering Brachiosaurus, and get up close and personal to the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex. This is the ultimate March Break outing for any dinosaur fan!
8. Outdoor Adventures in Surrounding Areas
Venture beyond the GTA to explore nearby natural wonders and outdoor attractions, such as snowshoeing or nordic skiing at a conservation area, or head out for a day of tubing, skiing and snowboarding at nearby resorts like Ski Dagmar and Blue Mountain. (Check conditions before heading out, at the time of this publication hills were predicted to be open, but warm weather may affect this!).
Nature lovers can also get their fill at conservation centres like Kortight, Wye March, Mountsberg among others. Many of these spots are also offering Maple Syrup Experiences right now, so you can get a forest walk in and taste the sweet stuff while you’re there! Kids can get also active on a 2-hour adventure exploring tree houses, wood bridges and net-walkways at Treewalk Village!
9. Visit a Zoo or Nature Centre
