Thousands of butter tarts will be available for sale at Ontario’s Best Butter Tart Festival, so if you like them with or without raisins or with a firm or runny filling (elbow lickers), you’ll find your perfect butter tart. And yes, there will be butter tarts that are vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and/or Keto.
