This plan is also ideal for businesses that do need the extra exposure for their events or programs, or prefer to only pay to upgrade occasional listings throughout the year. Enhanced Business Members receive a premium business listing in our kids directories plus discounts on other promotional items.

Directory listing includes: Premium style listing in each directory category, Placement above Basic Listings. Full Page profile with your logo, full contact details, map, website, facebook, twitter, you tube and instagram links, Unlimited relevant categories, 6 image slideshow, embedded videos, contact form and your business description  – plus edit your own listing at anytime.

Extras include:  5% off all other promotions such as Banner ads, eNewsletter Features, Special Guides, eBlasts, Featured Events and more.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can sign up online with Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card. (Please contact us if you need to pay by Cheque). Prices are in CDN Dollars. All prices are +HST.

How do I add my listing to your kids directories?
After checkout, you will receive a welcome email with a weblink and instructions on how to set-up your business listing. Your listing will be reviewed by a member of our staff and then published to our guides. We will email you as soon as your business has been published.

Can I edit my own listings and events?
Yes. All business members can update their directory listings and edit submitted events from their account dashboard. As a member, you can also submit events, programs, camps, articles* and contest proposals from your dashboard. *articles are only available on featured membership plans.

Can I add banner ads or promote my business to parents through your newsletter?
Yes. Please send us an email for pricing and availability. You may also find upcoming deals and advertising opportunities in your account dashboard under ‘What’s New’.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Child’s Life is a pay-as-you-go service with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel, upgrade and downgrade your account at any time via your account page or by contacting us directly. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

When will I be billed?
Your credit card is billed at the beginning of each membership period. For monthly plans, this is the day you sign up, and then monthly thereafter. We email a receipt each time we bill your credit card. For yearly plans, we bill you on the day you sign-up, and then yearly thereafter. We will email you a reminder 14 days before your renewal.

Do you offer refunds on yearly plans?
Refund requests on new annual membership plans, received within the first 30 days receive a full refund less a 4% processing fee. Requests after this time period will be reviewed on a per-case basis, and a cancellation fee will apply.
