The Barrie Ribfest X 2026 is presented by Gelateria Italiana and will take place on Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5, 2026 held at Heritage Park (Barrie’s waterfront) in Barrie. These “Pitmasters” are ready to serve you and your friends Award-Winning, Mouth-Watering BBQ Smoked Ribs, Tender Pulled Pork, Juicy Smoked Brisket, BBQ Chicken, Smoked Sausage and those huge Beef “Dino” Ribs.
