Join us for a FREE, family-friendly Halloween celebration in Bloor West Village! The Bloor West Halloween Fest features live pumpkin carving, face painting, trick-or-treating with local businesses, free trick-or-treat bags, pumpkin decorating, Free digital family photos, music, and much more.

Live Pumpkin Carving:
Watch a professional carver create Halloween-themed pumpkins.
Face Painting:
Free mini face painting for children with a variety of Halloween designs to choose from.
Trick-or-Treating with 40+ Local Businesses:
Children receive free BWV-branded trick-or-treat bags (while supplies last).
Note: Bags must be collected first at the BIA tent at Bloor and Willard for a map of participating businesses.
Pumpkin Decorating starts from 12 – 3pm (at participating locations)
Children can decorate mini pumpkins using stickers, markers, and craft supplies. Get creative and decorate your own pumpkin at Bao Bao Express, A Dark Horse and Shakey’s.
Free Digital Family Photos:
Receive free digital family photos taken by a professional photographer against a Fall-themed backdrop.
Don’t miss out on the Free Family Fun while supplies last!
