Earthbound Kids Leadership Camp offers LEAP (Leaders in Training) and CIT (Counsellors in Training) programs for youth ages 12–16 who are preparing for their first volunteer or work experience. This hands-on program focuses on building real-world leadership skills, including teamwork, communication, and behaviour management, in a supportive and engaging camp environment.
Each program runs in two-week sessions:
LEAP (Leaders in Training)
• Session 1: June 29 – July 10
• Session 2: July 27 – August 7
CIT (Counsellors in Training) Prerequisite LEAP
• Session 1: July 13 – July 24
• Session 2: August 10 – August 21
Participants will gain valuable experience working alongside mentor counsellors and interacting with younger campers, while also helping plan and lead camp-wide activities each Friday. Alongside leadership training, campers will still enjoy all the fun of a traditional camp experience, including zip-lining, archery, swimming, and drumming. The program is designed to build confidence, responsibility, and strong character through active participation and meaningful learning opportunities.
