Halloween Howl 5.0 is a free, dog-friendly Halloween event taking place on October 18, 2026, at the Pride of Canada Carousel in Downtown Markham. The event invites dogs and their owners to enjoy a festive day filled with Halloween fun, including a dog costume parade, costume contests, photo opportunities, a local vendor market, and themed photos at the carousel. Attendees can dress up their furry companions, meet fellow dog lovers, discover local pet businesses, and take part in activities for the whole family. The event also supports Full Circle Rescue through fundraising initiatives, foster education, and efforts to help adoptable dogs find loving homes. Halloween Howl offers a welcoming community gathering where dogs and their humans can celebrate the Halloween season together while supporting animal rescue.
