TAC Sports Group is a trusted Toronto-based organization with over 15 years of experience delivering high-quality school-break camps and enrichment programs for children and youth across the Greater Toronto Area. Our camps are designed to support the whole child by combining physical activity, creativity, leadership, and learning in a safe, structured, and fun environment. Families choose TAC because our programs are thoughtful, well-organized, and led by experienced instructors who truly care about children’s development.
TAC camps run during summer, winter break, March break, and PA days, offering a balanced mix of movement and enrichment. Children participate in multi-sport activities, soccer, basketball, biking, creative arts, cooking and nutrition, STEAM and technology programs, leadership development, and nature-based learning. Each day is carefully structured to help children feel secure and engaged while building confidence, teamwork, independence, and social-emotional skills.
Our camp programs welcome beginners through advanced participants and are inclusive, supportive, and age-appropriate. With clear routines, small-group instruction, and a positive coaching approach, children are encouraged to try new activities, learn from challenges, and celebrate progress. Parents value TAC for our professionalism, strong safety standards, and clear communication throughout each program.
In addition to camps, TAC Aquatics offers professionally structured swim programs focused on water safety, confidence, and skill development. Programs range from preschool and beginner swim lessons to stroke development, advanced training, and competitive pathways through the TAC Titans Swim Club. Lessons follow Lifesaving Society standards and are led by certified instructors in a supportive and safety-first environment.
Swim options include learn-to-swim programs (ages 3–6), stroke development, private and semi-private lessons, adult swim lessons, and lifesaving and instructor certifications. Whether a child is new to the water or working toward advanced goals, TAC Aquatics emphasizes proper technique, confidence, and long-term success.
