Luminato

Luminato Festival Toronto, the city’s international festival of arts and ideas, returns this summer from June 5th to June 16th with an exceptional program set to invigorate Toronto with creativity. Experience free performances and installations that will take over the city like you’ve never seen before, in addition to extraordinary theatre performances and long-anticipated world premieres.

Each June, Luminato kicks off the summer with a festival that welcomes the world to Toronto. In its first decade, Luminato became a preeminent international arts festival in North America, with more than 3,600 performances featuring 15,000+ artists from over 40 countries. Today, the festival is one of Canada’s most active commissioning bodies, having commissioned 100+ new works across artistic disciplines.
