Rooted in the stories, traditions, and cultural practices that shape our everyday lives, this year’s event honours how Scarborough’s diverse communities have inherited and continue to preserve belonging through cherished objects, craft, movement, and food.Honour the closing of ReDress by waⁿdat utrihǫt Catherine Tàmmaro and the launch of two powerful pop-up exhibits, a nourishing shared meal, hands-on creative activities, and joyful moments that bring us together across generations and cultures.We are grateful for our community collaborators: Native Child and Family Services / Scarborough Child & Family Life Centre, Malvern Family Resource Centre, TDSB Newcomer Services (Malvern), Toby’s Place, Scarborough Museum Youth Collective, Change Made, Hatecopy and TÀMMARO ART/Design.

Yoga will run from 1pm – 5pm, all other activities 11am – 5pm.Salts & Sweets from Around the World: Enjoy various treats from around the world, including patties, chai, samosas from Eritrea and Pakistan, and curated sweets from Scarborough Museum’s Youth Collective.Henna Artist: Adorn your hands with traditional henna designs that honour intergenerational artistry and cultural expression.Yoga on the Lawn: Begin your visit with gentle, grounding
