March Break days Wednesday, March 12 and Thursday, March 13.

- Interactive Demonstrations: Watch as sap transforms into liquid gold at two engaging sites, including our modern sugar shack.
- Maple Trivia Trail: Test your knowledge with fun, maple-themed trivia along the trail.
- Historic Charm & Live Demonstrations: Explore Westfield’s historic buildings and learn from our costumed interpreters.
- Delicious Pancake Feast: Enjoy pancakes and maple syrup prepared by the St. George Lions Club in Ironwood Hall.
And don’t forget to stop by the General Store and Gift Shop for maple-inspired treats to take home! Dress warmly and get ready for an outdoor experience steeped in tradition and flavor.
