Get your kids outside and exploring in all seasons! March Break day camp at the Humber Arboretum is all about embracing the great nature connection opportunities created by the changing seasons.
This March Break give your child the opportunity to get outside, get active, and develop a lasting appreciation for the natural environment. The Humber Arboretum’s March Break Nature Camp is for ages 6 to 12. The day camp is facilitated by Nature Interpreters who work regularly throughout the year with school classes and community groups.
March Break Nature Camp takes place over five days, Monday to Friday.
Activities
In 2026 we’ll be exploring animal adaptations, signs of spring, the science of staying warm, winter birds, and more.
Regular activities include:
- Chickadee feeding
- Nature wanders
- Art exploration
- Animal tracking
- Shelter building
- Survival skills
- Snowshoeing (weather permitting)
