The Fifth Annual Mississauga Festival of Trees returns December 5–14, 2025, transforming the historic Small Arms Inspection Building into a magical winter celebration of art, creativity, local makers, food, music, and community. This beloved seasonal festival brings together thousands of visitors each year to explore twinkling light displays, contemporary art installations, festive markets, and hands-on workshops—all within one of Mississauga’s most unique cultural spaces. Produced by CreativeHub 1352, the Festival of Trees continues to grow as one of the region’s most anticipated holiday events, offering an inspiring and joyful experience for audiences of all ages.
Visitors are invited to wander through a stunning contemporary art exhibition featuring ten commissioned tree installations created by Ontario-based artists. Each artwork reimagines the tree as a symbol of connection, resilience, and place, inviting audiences to reflect on the ecological and cultural systems that shape our world. Rooted in both local and global contexts, the exhibition highlights the ways art can spark dialogue, inspire imagination, and bring communities together—making it a highlight for returning festival-goers and new visitors alike.
