Join us for a nurturing movement session where you can stretch, strengthen and build connections, all while having your tiny sidekick with you. The focus of these classes is to support caregivers in finding the balance between taking care of themselves AND taking care of little ones through physical movement & community building – you’ll find your village here, we promise!
This class includes a combination of movement, breathwork and flow.
This class is safe for every BODY and all levels are welcome! Various options will always be provided throughout class to find the right fit for you and your little one(s)!
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Class size is limited (babies are welcomed with open arms!). Bring snacks, toys and feed as you need.
