Little Canada offers Little Frights for both Giants and Tykes

Little Canada Haunted House

Halloween is around the corner and many parents are wondering what safe activities are available for their children to participate in this year.

While many experiences may be too scary for young kids, Toronto’s newest attraction, Little Canada, is offering a unique Halloween experience that the whole family is sure to enjoy.

On October 30 and 31, be a part of something small and spooky by visiting Little Canada dressed up in costume – guests can participate in a number of Halloween-themed activities including spooky Canadian ghost stories, a supernatural scavenger hunt, and the chance to win a one-of-a-kind haunted house made by one of Little Canada’s Miniature Makers.

To round out the experience, guests have the option to become “Littlized” in costume! By stepping inside the Littization Station and striking a pose, 128 cameras take a 360-degree instantaneous photo to create a 3D ¾ inch Little Me. Guests then choose from a list of locations in the little destinations where their Little Me can be placed. For an additional cost, a second Little Me will be mailed to guests so they can proudly display a souvenir of their experience at home.

Visitors are encouraged to purchase their tickets online, in advance.

Located at Yonge and Dundas square, visitors of Little Canada can experience Canada’s striking landscapes and intricate landmarks by simply heading to downtown Toronto. The highly detailed and immersive miniature attraction offers spectacular scenery, enveloping soundscapes, animated features, and moving cars, trains, and boats that all operate on a 15-minute day cycle.

With a thorough COVID-19 safety plan in place, visitors can feel confident about entering the safe, 45,000-square-foot environment. Proof of vaccination and government-issued photo ID is required upon entry, per the Government of Ontario’s recommendation.
