Where to See the 2024 Solar Eclipse in and around the GTA
There will be a solar eclipse in on Monday, April 8th 2024 and the GTA will be partially in it’s path! Toronto School boards have added a PA day on Monday and that means that many families can plan to experience the celestial event together. There are a few special events taking places that you can enjoy as well – but purchase your tickets now to avoid disapointment.Â
Don’t forget you cannot look directly at the sun during the eclipse – special glasses must be worn to protect eyes, or kids can even build their own eclipse projector to watch solar eclipse safely.Â
