Start your engines! Thomas the Tank Engine™ will be chugging his way into Uxbridge for two weekends of fun, August 11, 12, 13 and 18, 19, 20, 2017.
Don’t miss one of the hottest things to do in the GTA for two fun-filled weekends, loaded with train rides, special guests and more!
Day Out With Thomas™ is a family event that offers children and their grownups the opportunity to take a 25 minute ride and get their picture with storybook friend Thomas the Tank Engine.
Off the platform, meet and snap your photo with Sir Topham Hatt™, the Controller of the Railway. The Imagination Station will offer many Thomas-themed activities including stamps, colouring sheets, temporary tattoos, play train tables and a storytelling and video viewing area.
Enjoy the other activities including:
- live entertainment
- face painting
- bubble zone
- kiddie train
- ride-on motorbike scooters
- hay maze
- jumping castles
- and more.
There will also be a variety of food vendors on-site.
Day Out With Thomas™ takes place at the Uxbridge Train Station, 19 Railway Street, in Uxbridge.
Thomas the Tank Engine departs and returns to the Uxbridge Station so that your family can enjoy everything this event has to offer. Trains depart at 9:00, 9:45, 10:30, 11:15, 12:00, 12:45, 1:30, 2:15, 3:00 and 3:45. It is recommended that guests arrive at the event at least one hour before their scheduled departure.

ets must be purchased in advance and are required for guests ages two and up. Children under the age of two not occupying a seat don’t require a ticket but can ride the train and participate in all activities. Tickets to this event do sell out quickly so be sure to book ahead.
