Celebrate the fascinating world of honey bees during Labour Day weekend at Forsythe Family Farms 2009 Inc!
Families can learn more about bees, beekeeping and honey through special bee-themed activities happening around the farm. Watch a bee-themed Lessons from the Farm video featuring the farm’s beekeeper and hives, see real beehives and the tools used to harvest honey, dress up like a bee, sing along to a honey bee song and get creative with bee-inspired crafts.
Labour Day weekend also marks the opening of the farm’s corn maze, adding even more fun to your visit. Families can enjoy the farm’s regular activities while celebrating the important work of bees and the sweet taste of summer.
