A three-day festival, parade, street festival, park festival; the History of The Highland Creek Heritage Festival dates back to 1986.
Currently in its 37th year, Our festival is free to attend. The Highland Creek Heritage Festival celebrates one of the earliest settlements in the Scarborough community with a fun filled day of music, food and entertainment for the whole family! Highland Creek Heritage Festival is a place people gather together to cultivate a sense of belonging and invest in their local community.​
