Wild Photo Walk – Daily, 10 AM to 4 PM
Grab a camera and explore animal scenes throughout the gallery. Move from station to station snapping photos of patterns and details that catch your eye. Your photo prints instantly as a keepsake.
Ask a ROM Expert – Daily, 10 AM to 4 PM
Meet ROM experts and get up close to real specimens and objects. It’s a great chance for curious kids to ask questions and learn something new.
Animal Face Painting – Daily, 11 AM to 3 PM
Choose your favourite animal design and get transformed into a wild creature.
Hike the ROM – Museum-wide
Follow themed walking trails through three floors of galleries. Explore at your own pace while getting your steps in.
Shark Sleuths! – Daily, 10 AM to 5:30 PM
Dive into hands-on activities to explore shark anatomy, learn their role in ocean ecosystems, and separate facts from myths.
What’s Fluttering By? – March 14–20, 10 AM to 4 PM
Take a closer look at moths and butterflies, examine real specimens, make a fluttering creature to take home, and snap a photo at the selfie station.
Create a Chromatography Butterfly – March 21–22, 10 AM to 4 PM
Mix science and art in this hands-on activity and create your own colourful chromatography butterfly to bring home.
