Mississauga Italfest is Mississauga’s first and premier Italian festival.
Named a Top 100 Festival in Ontario from 2016 to 2025, this unique festival has brought together tens of thousands of local fans and enthusiastic visitors from across Ontario, other parts of Canada, the USA and even Italy! Italfest is a free festival where visitors can enjoy an authentic taste of Italy featuring an interactive Heritage and Cultural pavilion with historical displays, a main stage, children’s stage and family attractions.
Italfest shares cultural highlights through traditional family activities, delicious authentic food, puppet shows, stilt-walkers, a soccer challenge and sports-zone, crafters, and 50+ vendors and artisans. Musical entertainment includes regional folk choirs and dance groups, local talent from folk to DJ’s and hip-hop artists to legendary international headliners direct from Italy.
