Downtown Mississauga is getting ready to sparkle! The annual Mississauga Santa Claus Parade returns on Saturday, November 21, 2026, bringing an evening of dazzling illuminated floats, festive entertainment and holiday magic to the heart of the city.
This year’s theme, “Sauga’s Home for the Holidays,” celebrates the many cultures, traditions and stories that make Mississauga such a vibrant community. Families can look forward to colourful holiday displays, creative floats, festive music and plenty of Christmas cheer as local businesses and community groups come together to welcome the season. And of course, the highlight of the parade is the arrival of Santa Claus himself!
The holiday fun extends beyond the parade! Head to Mississauga Celebration Square for family-friendly activities, the official lighting of the city’s Christmas tree and the seasonal opening of Mississauga’s largest outdoor skating rink.
Festivities begin at 4 pm, with the Santa Claus Parade getting underway at 6 pm in downtown Mississauga.
