On December 7, 2024, Santa arrives for the annual Santa Claus Parade of Lights. Beginning at 5 p.m. in Jackson’s Point, the parade travels down Dalton Road to High Street, then along High Street ending at the Sutton fairgrounds. Canada

The parade will follow our tried and true route travelling along Guelph St. to Mill Street then Charles to the the Georgetown Fairgrounds. Since its inception in 1949, this cherished event has established itself as a part of Barries holiday traditions, uniting the community. Presented by the Barrie Chamber of Commerce the parade highlights the Chambers commitment to nurturing community bonds and backing local businesses.
Don’t miss the magic of the Santa Under the Stars Parade. This annual night time tradition continues on Saturday, November 23 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The parade will travel Yonge Street from Orchard Heights Boulevard to Murray Drive. This nighttime parade is full of magic, with beautifully decorated floats, incredible marching bands and a few special guest including the Jolly man-in-red himself.

Families can book their Visit with Santa! Henry’s Camera will be taking professional photos, and providing one digital image and a “Free Instant 8×10 Print” voucher for use at an in-store kiosk. Parents are also welcome to use their own cameras. Ticket includes a 10-minute timeslot to visit Santa, family admission to Joseph Brant Museum, a take-home holiday craft, and a bag of popcorn.
From November 17th through December 24th, get ready for a sleigh-load of holiday joy and book your visit with Santa! For a $15 fee, you’ll enjoy a delightful visit with Santa himself, along with 5 digital photos that’ll make this year’s memories last.
