Seedy Saturday returns to Evergreen Brick Works! Join us for this much-awaited event happening on Saturday, March 2 at Evergreen Brick Works alongside Toronto’s largest year-round Farmers Market.

Seedy Saturday is a celebration of seeds, gardening, and community. You can look forward to a morning of workshops, seed exchanges, expert talks and more!

This one-day community event includes:

  • Free Seed Swap – Bring your seeds to trade and take home something new to try!
  • Conversation Circles with experts from the Farmers Market. Take part in discussions about community-supported agriculture, how to grow mushrooms and more!
  • Free Gardening Advice Clinic offered by the Toronto Master Gardeners.
  • Family Nature Activities in the Children’s Garden.
  • Meet the Farmers – Toronto’s largest year-round farmers market hosts over 50 vendors selling locally grown and seasonal produce, prepared foods and products.
  • Activities, talks and demos from local horticultural societies, garden clubs, and environmental organizations.
  • Evergreen Garden Market boasts a wide array of must-have items catering to gardeners of every age. Explore our curated collection, including seeds from reputable brands, seed starting kits, houseplants, eco-friendly products, essential gardening tools, nature-inspired home decor, and everything else you need for chic outdoor living.
