The holidays are back at Bayview Village Shopping Centre and kicking off with a day of fun festivities!
Event Highlights:
Santa Claus:
Santa Claus is back at BV, and this year he’s got a brand new couture Santa suit designed by renowned Canadian fashion designer Adam X Atelier.
Santa Claus will make his big debut on Saturday, November 18 at 10:30 a.m. escorted by a parade of ballerinas from BV’s in-house ballet studio, Goh Ballet. Santa invites all to join him for a story and song to kick off the festive season. Photos with Santa begin at 11:00 a.m by appointment. Put on your party dress, hautest stilettos and blinged-out bowties for the hautest photo op this Holiday season.
Santa photos will be taken by a photographer who will have your photo delivered that day. For $25, you will receive two 5×7″ printed photos and a digital copy emailed to you . . . photos can be posted directly to social media because it will be on your phone right away!
The Nutcracker:
Get ready to be swept away by enchantment as Goh Ballet Bayview’s talented dancers bring the story of “The Nutcracker” to life, complete with the Sugar Plum Fairy, Claira, and the dazzling dancing Snowflakes in a performance that the whole family can enjoy! Showtimes are 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. for all shopping centre guests to enjoy.
Haute Holiday Hunt:
Children are invited to join our holiday scavenger hunt! Children will be tasked to take their grown up with them on a scavenger hunt to participating tenants throughout BV. After they’ve visited our haute BV shops, they will make their way back to the Concierge desk to receive a blinged-out kit to create a frame for their Santa photo and a delicious chocolate nutcracker (one per child 12 and under, while supplies last).
Toy Donation:
Share with those in need! Donate a wrapped toy at guest services to participate in our annual drive to Toy Mountain.
