The Toronto International Festival of Authors (TIFA) invites your imagination to take flight September 21 – October 1, 2023 at Harbourfront Centre. Meet and discover your favourite story creators through readings, conversations, workshops, performances and free activities for all ages. The 2023 Festival edition offers dozens of free, family-friendly events and activities to introduce celebrated story creators to young readers, providing so much for children of all ages to experience.
Over 11 days, the TIFA Kids programme offers accessible interactive events, workshops and activities across the outdoor campus where young booklovers – and those young at heart – can meet and hear from acclaimed authors and illustrators and discover their next new read; sing and dance along with the TIFA debut of CBC Kids popular musical duo Jeremy & Jazzy; soar through the Toronto skies on an interactive swing set and aerial performance by All or Nothing; and enjoy free exhibitions, interactive installations and a visit to the bookstore.
