The Vintage Automobile Racing Association of Canada (VARAC) celebrates the 45th anniversary of the VARAC Vintage Grand Prix at CTMP, June 13-15.
This long-time Father’s Day weekend tradition features a colourful lineup of open and closed-wheel race cars from the past six decades of motorsports, competing on CTMP’s legendary Grand Prix circuit.
The Vintage Grand Prix features three days of racing for Vintage (pre-1962), Historic (pre-1973), Classic (pre-1999), and Formula Classic (open wheel up to 1999).
The featured class will be the Sports 2000 full-bodied, open-cockpit racers, with a large field from across the continent expected.
Other VARAC Vintage Grand Prix highlights include the Toyo Tires F1600 Championship and Sunday’s Field of Dreams Car Show to round out a great Father’s Day weekend celebrating vintage racing and classic cars.
