Late July through to September is peach season in Ontario. You can buy local fresh peaches from farmers’ markets and even your local grocer. But a lot more fun, and educational, is to head out to a local peach growing farm and pick your own. Introducing to children how things grow is increasingly important in our modern world where kids can so easily feel disconnected.
