My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is excited to be launching a new class, Move Together! This exciting new program will introduce newborns (6 weeks to 6 months) to visual, audio, and spatial exploration while engaging in fun and safe baby exercises, songs, dances, skills, swings, and more. New parents will also engage in gentle postpartum-friendly cardio, strength, and endurance exercises while bonding with their babies. Dates, times and more information will be announced soon!
