Whirlpool recently launched its 27th season helping thrill seekers from around the world experience the power of the Niagara River below Niagara Falls.
Passengers experience a thrilling and educational one-hour guided tour, where they can take in the awe-inspiring scenery of the Niagara Gorge, feel the rush of the Class 5 Devil’s Hole rapids and marvel at the power of the Niagara Whirlpool.
The tour company’s fleet of custom-built jet boats depart from three locations: Niagara Falls, Ont. (shuttle bus from Floral Clock on Niagara Parkway to Queenston dock), Niagara-on-the-Lake and Lewiston, N.Y.
Whirlpool has earned a reputation as one of the top tourism attractions in Niagara. The Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation recently named Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours one of seven must-do tourism attractions, as part of the Ontario Signature Experience Series.
Tickets for jet boat tours are priced at $69.95 for adults and $45 for children aged 12 and under, plus HST.
