Celebrate the magic of the season at the 77th Annual Barrie Santa Claus Parade on Saturday, November 21, 2026! This beloved holiday tradition returns with dazzling floats, marching bands, festive lights and a special appearance by Santa Claus himself.
This year’s theme, Holiday Sweets & Treats, promises plenty of colourful, candy-inspired fun for the whole family!
The parade begins at 5 pm at Lakeshore Drive and Tiffin Street, travelling through downtown Barrie. Families can also enjoy Santa’s Fireside Gathering at Centennial Park starting at 4 pm, featuring a cozy fire pit, food trucks and parade viewing. Don’t forget to bring your letters to Santa for collection by Canada Post volunteers along the route!
After the parade, keep the celebrations going at the Noella Festival with a tree lighting, free concert and fireworks at Meridian Place.
Admission is free. The parade takes place rain or shine!
