5. Visit a Sugar Bush
Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes one of Ontario’s sweetest traditions — maple syrup season! March Break is the perfect time to visit a local sugar bush, where families can enjoy a warm pancake breakfast, take a walk through the woods to see how sap is collected, and learn how maple syrup is made from tree to bottle.
