Your child will experience our Kids Signature 4-block Program, meet our facilitators, and learn how to build confidence, self-advocacy, and social skills along the way, while parents enjoy a novel Gravity Fitness class, hear from an expert speaker, and connect with a community of parents.

What’s Included
🏋️ Gravity Fitness Class (45 minutes)
A full-body strengthening class on the Total Gym machine. You’re sitting or lying on the machine, so your body is fully supported — 22 levels of intensity mean you can work at your own pace. Fun, easy to follow, and great for every fitness level.
🎤 Community Talk. Theme: Getting School Ready (30 minutes)

A curated conversation about preparing for transitions and change, navigating shifting social dynamics and relationships, building advocacy skills for parents and children, understanding IEPs, and more.
👦 Kids Trial Class
Your child will experience our signature 4-block program, meet our facilitators, and learn how to build confidence, self-advocacy, and social skills along the way.
